REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Healthcare or Hospital experience is a must
Master degree in Finance or Business
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
MBA, with specialization in Health Care Management
EXPERIENCE
Ten years of progressive experience in the healthcare industry with emphasis on billing, collections, accounting, and governmental and private insurers processes and compliance, financial planning, reporting and analysis, and providing financial advice and counsel to the organizations shareholders or owners
Significant experience at senior financial controller level within a large customer-driven, patient-centered environment
Proven experience in direct management and supervision of a finance team
Proven experience of budget preparation, setting and monitoring and financial forecasting
Proven experience of preparing and presenting financial and management accounts, reports and data management
Experience of liaising with auditors, business advisers and board members
Experience in leading profit improvement initiatives
